What is RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is a way of sharing information through the internet.

When you use RSS, you will know immediately when some information that interests you is released, with title, summary and link for the complete article. The advantage is that you do not need to visit all your favorite websites to know what they have published, because a software will inform you everytime a new information is released.

In order to use RSS, you must have a RSS reader, a software that reads the articles in a file format called XML. These are called aggregators. There are several free readers in the web. All you have to do is to search using the keywords RSS reader and download one of them.
